All R2W orders will be delivered from 3 to 5 days, with the convenient option of paying via paypal.
For these items, Glitterati does not offer any refunds. Customers can exchange their order for a different product or avail the option of Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs), in case they wish to return a product.
The brand would offer exchanges in only the following cases:
A wrong size or product being delivered
Item delivered was damaged
The customer would bear the shipping cost in such cases.
The brand does it very best to ensure this situation does not arrive.
Any and all claims for the above must be sent within the first two (2) days of receiving the order, after which it will be reviewed by Glitterati for eligibility and processing. All requests need to be emailed at by the customers, mentioning their order ID. Please note that the products, labels and tags should be in the original state to be eligible for an exchange. We will get back to you within 48 hours of the request being sent.
Please note, no exchanges or store credit of any kind is offered for items bought on sale.
For online orders of our Luxury Pret Collection, orders will be delivered within 30 days of placing the order, with advance payment.
In case you are not satisfied with your order, you may cancel it within the first seven (7) days of placing the order. All cancellations will be subject to a fee of 25% of the original total amount.
Any modifications or alterations need to be communicated by the customer within the first seven (7) days of receiving the order, after which no request would be entertained. Please note that items altered or modified on the request of the customer will not be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
